We proudly offer international shipping. While we ship to most locations worldwide, there may be some regions we cannot deliver to. If your address is in one of these areas, we’ll reach out to you to discuss alternative options.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Norea is not liable for incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping address are correct before completing your order. If there is an error on our part, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no cost.


CUSTOMS
Please note that customs fees may apply to international shipments once they arrive in your country. By purchasing our products, you agree that any customs fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

Max delivery time is 20 business days. These estimates do not include a 1-3 day processing time and may vary due to customs delays.


TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Occasionally, tracking information may not be available for free shipping. If your tracking says “No information available,” it may take up to 5 business days to update. If more than 5 days have passed without tracking updates, please contact us.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if combined shipping is requested.

We ship all around the world... Please provide here you own shipping information, including times, prices, options etc.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
